The Network was established by four professional women in 1991, who found that none of the social groups existing in Luxembourg at that time met their needs. Since its establishment it has continued to attract new members wishing to network with other professionals and to promote themselves and their businesses. The objectives of the Network are:

• to act as a focal point to promote career and personal development for women of all nationalities within the Luxembourg community
• to provide a forum for professional networking between women
• to serve as a resource for information on career and personal development and professional networking
• to market the skills and expertise of Network members
• to encourage women to achieve more satisfying careers
• to promote women as valuable contributors to the Luxembourg economy
• to foster and encourage social, cultural, educational and philanthropic activities
